GRILLED BURGERS WITH VEGETABLES

MATERIALS
2 Freskot Seafood Burgers
1 medium zucchini
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 large potato
1 onion
Parsley
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Olive oil

Fry the seafood burgers in a nonstick skillet or place them on the gril for 8 minutes (see the instructions on the box). Then cut the peppers and the zucchini in slices and place them in the frying pan or on the grill. When they are almost ready, lightly salt them and pour some balsamic vinegar over them. Cut the
potatoes in slices and fry them in oive oil. Serve with sliced onion garnish and some parsley.
